I called to let the front desk know the fireplace in the suite was not working. They told me maintenance would come fix it but they never showed up during my stay. That was disappointing as I was looking forward to enjoying siting by the warm fire. Everything else was great.

I booked a wheelchair accessible room. The shower was great: grab bars, bench, hand-held shower. But I had to purchase an assist device and have it delivered to my room to use the toilet.
