Morning staff was rude but the evening staff was excellent, when asking about extra towels they stated they didnt have any available and also the first room they tried to give the room had not been cleaned at all but the evening staff was nice enough to accommodate us and provide discount!

I use to enjoy stay at trade winds but i will not ever stay there again they didnt have wifi because it doesn't reach the north side the carpet was so dirty in about 30 min bottom of my feet where pitch black theconter and bath was bad dirty and i dont even want to get started on the roachs

Property needs major renovation. Roaches present. Needs painting. Curtains shredded. TV outdated from 70's.. 2 towels with live roaches in them. No washcloths provided. Carpeting stained and filthy.
