Breakfast in morning was terrible. The eggs were cold and bacon was under cooked. You need to have manager hire someone that will do a good job. Even if it cost more money because we the customer are not getting value for what you charge.

We had a little snafu with the GPS in that it ook us twenty miles out of our way. When we did get to the hotel, they told us that happens fairly often because of the address. The staff was nice. There was no coffee maker. The amenities were basic. Breakfast was basic.

One of the worst stays
The room was dirty!!! The floors were not fully swept or mopped. It seemed like all the things dropped on the floor by previous guests were swept into the closet. I saw a roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Considered to be one of my worst stays in all of the hotels I ever stayed at

BRRRRR! and no coffee to help warm up!
Our stay was fine. Breakfast was good. Front desk clerk was marvelous. On the downside, our room was absolutely freezing when we got there - probably in the upper 50s - and the thermostat was no help. We turned it to 80 and it was passable for awhile, but then got horribly cold again. We had to use the extra blanket intended for the sleeper sofa on our bed to stay warm. The other complaint - we are coffee drinkers. It never occurred to us to make sure the amenities included a coffeemaker in the room. We stay in a lot of hotels and have not stayed in any hotels in years that did not include a coffeemaker in the room. The room temp and the lack of a coffeemaker will keep us from coming back to this hotel.

Everyone I encountered, from staff to other guests, were super nice and friendly. The breakfast selections were great. It was very clean. My only issue was being in a room in the front of the building, I could hear the freeway traffic at night (It was noisy.). So if I travel to Tulsa again, I will definitely choose it again but ask for a room in the back of the building.
