We rented a room with a private rooftop pool which was what made out stay better, because it’s a nice rooftop pool. However the management of the hotel is unfortunately not so good, most classes we wanted to attend for us and our baby where cancelled during our 3 day stay, which was disappointing because we booked this place for the classes/community. They only have 1 crib in the whole hotel so we had to wait 3 hours to get a crib for the baby which we had already requested 2 weeks prior. We had to push hard to get it, it wasn’t easy. The front desk is very understaffed as almost everyone I’d go there , no one was there and had to wait a while to get assistance and get bit by many mosquitoes while waiting. We noticed a room on the bottom floor that was abandoned with dirty towels outside since we arrived and it was not attended to even as we left 3 days later. The floor of the main pool needs some serious pressure wash cleaning as it looks very bad. Panza restaurant was nice and the staff were nice, they did their best to help, but it seems there is a management issue to why all these things are allowed to happen. The place was not as advertised in some areas of it.
