The area felt very safe and walkable, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel was very chic, calm and we had a great time here. The plug in the bathroom didn’t work which was quite annoying as we couldn’t get ready in front of the mirror. Otherwise, great hotel! If you want to spend a lot of time in the hotel zone or at the beaches, maybe stay closer to the beach because we spent a crazy amount on taxi fees. Anyway, lovely hotel, safe area, and beautiful balcony!

The fact that it’s non refundable should have been a !!warning !! of how terrible of a hotel this is . I was booked for two weeks but I found it unbearable that I left a week early even though they wouldn’t refund my payment back . Housekeeping was terrible , dinghy linens , towels had holes and pillows and curtain had mildew and smelled dirty it is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. !I’m amazed anyone can say anything positive Receptionists couldn’t do anything else but apologize . It makes wonder how so many positive reviews showed up on expedias site for this place.

Staff was amazing. The hotel was clean but there was not a lot of space between pool and eating area that made it seem small. One of our bathrooms had a plumbing problem that created a smell. The cleaning staff did their best and smell would dissipate but returned. The hotel is very quiet and loved the hammocks in the room. Overall a great stay except for the bathroom situation.

What an amazing place. My husband and I have decided moving forward we will always stay there when we go to Tulum. I have to admit that the noises coming from the other rooms were kind of annoying. But we decided to make the best of it

The front desk staff was amazing, the room was beautiful, the pool was so relaxing and gorgeous. We intentionally asked them not to clean our room since it was such a short trip. They surprised me for my birthday was balloons and cake in the room, which was so thoughtful. But while cleaning the room to set up the balloons, my AirPods were stolen off the night stand. I used the find my AirPods feature on my phone to locate them, 15 minutes away in an apartment complex. I should have put them in the safe, but I assumed that no one would be in the room since we didn’t ask to have it cleaned. They said all we could do was file a report with the police, but we were flying out early the next morning and needed to go to sleep. Very sad by the theft as the stay otherwise was wonderful.

I enjoyed my short stay. They were welcoming and available. If you’re interested in transportation services, be sure to book your own in advance. That’s not included. Also be mindful of the hours of operation for staff. Ask what time they arrive and depart for the day. Especially if you intend to check out early.
