Tulum review - Aldea Zama

My friends and I booked a trip to Tulum, and we used hotels.com to find a condo near the beach. Overall, we were very satisfied with the location, service, and condition of the condo. Initially, our first condo had no working Wi-Fi. Our contact, Lenin, was very helpful and immediately sent workers to investigate. Because it was going to take a couple of days to get the Wi-Fi working, he offered to move us to another condo. It was in the same complex, but a different building. It was honestly an upgrade - The furnishings were nicer and more modern, and the building was newer. We were very happy there. It was clean and had everything we needed inside. Lenin was very responsive and checked in to see how things were going. The pool was very nice and it only took us 5 min to get to the beach by car. We felt very safe there. The only negative is that the beds were not comfortable.

Très propre, spacieux!

Très bonne expérience générale mais condo un peu loin, il faut un vélo ! Tout est une grande propreté et l'air conditionnée fonctionnait bien. Important : l'immeuble à condos se nomme PRANA (dans Almea Zama) et il n'y a aucune indication "Ana's Village" sur les lieux; nous avons mis 1 heure à trouver en arrivant. C'est un nouveau développement donc même les locaux ne connaissaient pas. Autrement, le lieux est spacieux et la piscine très agréable.
