Very relaxing and great beach view. Parking was very tight but available or the attendant took keys to take care of for us. It rained regularly and the closet had a leak that got our clothes very damp or wet. No TV or fridges in the room, AC worked great though and curtains kept it dark for sleeping in. Breakfast was great.

We stayed in the Deluxe Ocean View Suite. Tropical storm Nadine made landfall during our stay. We had multiple leaks coming from the roof. It dripped constantly right onto the pillow area of the master bed. We had to sleep in the twin beds. They offered us the room below both nights, but we specifically paid for the privacy and view of the room we were in, so we declined. Other than the leaky roof, everything else was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good stay overall.

When I pick the room it was supposed to beach view and it doesn't have beach view cause you have a bar and beach umbrella and chairs.

This was not the hotel we booked for! We booked with Coco Resort not Coco Unlimited. I want a refund on my stay because the rooms were not what we booked for online. They didn’t tell us that Coco Resort had damages from the hurricane prior to us coming. And moved us to Coco Unlimited in which the stay was not what we expected at all. It was hot, they barely came to clean up the rooms, it was very close to a hostel honestly. I was so embarrassed with bringing my friend along this trip under these conditions. THATS false advertising. They could have easily reached out to us and gave us the option to move. But they rather move us under bad conditions to keep the money. I would never recommend this place, EVER. Expedia and the hotel are going to get an ear full this week coming up. Unacceptable with how this was done to all of us

We stayed at Coco Unlimited for 4 nights in July. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love the bungalow style of this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Leslie at the front desk. She was super sweet and accommodating. She upgraded our room from a second floor garden view to a first floor pool view after I expressed that I have back issue and can’t climb stairs. It was a pleasure to see her face every day at the entrance desk and she was very helpful in giving us information and suggestions about places to visit Breakfast was included and delicious in a beautiful rustic sea view restaurant. Employees were working around the clock cleaning the place and making improvements. Beach bar was beautiful and there were beach lounges available all the time. The only downside was that there was an accumulation of seaweed in front of the water which made the view a bit unpleasant. Some other hotels had people cleaning the seaweed in front of their hotel daily. Also the location of Coco unlimited is very convenient and walking distance to all happening restaurants and beach clubs. 5 min walk from Taboo and Tantra.

Incredibly slow service throughout. Breakfast was supposed to be 100% included however we were charged haphazardly for items that were on the menu. Rooms were not 100% air conditioned. Staff seemed disinclined to help when needing items such as towels, toiletries and the like. Shuttle service to the airport is provided by a “partner” which over charges for the service upwards of 40%. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here.

Beautiful property, everyone was so nice! Our room was spectacular! The only downfalls were parking was cramped and difficult but the parking attendant was always there to help! Also the air conditioner was mediocre at best! I will def stay here again
