This hotel is a disgrace.
The water didn't work in the room. No shower, no toilet, no sink. This was not the fault of the staff, who were kind and apologetic but totally incapable of solving the problem as they're not plumbers or construction workers. This hotel should not be listed on expedia as it's not functioning. There are no elevators, emergency exit lighting, fire extinguishers, or any other safety measures. The railings are loose and a person could easily fall off the balcony of the 4th floor. This place is a death trap right now. This is a massive liability. Do not book a room here. You will be very disappointed. Numerous guests experienced the same problems - the water doesn't work. None of us were offered a refund or alternative lodging elsewhere. One woman with a very small child had traveled a very long distance - I felt bad for her. Note to Expedia: Take this hotel off your website right now. This is a disgrace to your company.

Terrific brand-new hotel. Strongly recommend. The staff are helpful, the property is tidy and clean, and the price is very good for the quality of the hotel. You can confidently book a great vacation at this hotel.

It wouldn’t have been that bad. No one was at the “front desk” when we arrived even though it says someone is there 24/7. We spoke to a security guard and he was confused when I told him I was checking in. When we entered the apartment there was dust, dirty and food underneath the bed. Let’s just say, I will not be staying here again. The score they currently have is quite accurate.

The place is super new, so a few details need to be finished. Staff is super helpful. The main issue was a person that own either an apartment or part of the project getting drunk almost everyday in the front desk and being vulgar and loud, didn’t feel safe.

Esta muy nueva y linda, pero no apta para personas con discapacidad ni para niños. No atendieron una solicitud que hice desde la reserva. No hacen limpieza a los cuartos. En la televisión debes poner tus propias cuentas de streming. Me dieron una habitación sin llave y tenia que estar buscando al personal para que me abrieran

El lugar y la habitacion estan muy bonitos. Solo que no me resolvieron lo del internet y mi TV estaba desconfigurada. De resto todos muy atentos y amables, me gustó mucho la presentación de los platillos y el sabor 10/10
