Everything was excellent, staff were all awesome, breakfast was amazing and pool, spa, and restaurants were all top of the line. The only issue was that the thatched roof “shed” debris every night onto our bed and stuff. Probably due to the rainstorms we had while we stayed there. To the hotel’s credit, someone came and cleaned our room very thoroughly every day, but it was still a bit unsettling to wake up to

I would not return here ever again. Staff is not friendly. The wellness Manager Eduardo attempted to over charge us for an activity because a corporate employee would be participating and when I questioned the price Eduardo informed me staff does not pay. There also was some sort of animal who scratched our roof nightly although understandable since we are in the jungle. We couldn’t get past having some sort of rodent poop drop from the ceiling daily. Front desk was so unapproachable we did not feel comfortable saying anything. They stopped engaging with us after we decided not to participate in ceremony. The only gem at this place is Rosario from the spa. Other than that their food is mediocre at best. This place has so much potential but definitely needs new staff.

The property is just beautiful! The staff is great! BUT******* they did charge me for additional fees outside of expedia, one was some type of Mexican tax and the other said restaurant wich I never used because i ate only breakfast and that was free and included, another big issues 2 out of 3 days of my stay they lost complete power and water for about 3 hours

The staff (especially Coco) are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms, beach, pools are incredible 👍 In my opinion, this is an affordable 5 ⭐️ property and not a $300-$400 all inclusive overpriced tourist trap. Food and drink prices are reasonable, which is great for those who only drink lightly, and don’t need a 24/7 all You can eat buffet. If youre happy lounging at the pool/bar steps to the white sands beach, eating fresh guacamole, grilled fish tacos and drinking a few cervezas 🍻? Then this is a place for you 😎👍
