Location was beautiful, staff was extremely Efficient. Juan the entertainer was always excited to get games going at the beach, Adela lead yoga and helped out guests any time she could. Shuttles to the beach club every 15 minutes, food was amazing. Over all 10/10, and we made friends there. Highly recommend.

Amazing service. Quiet during sleeping hours. The beach club also has amazing service and is included in the all inclusive. The excursions were safe and well coordinated. They even provide transportation for you to and from. Cab service is available if you want to stay at the beach longer or venture out into the city for other dinning options. Highly recommend. This is a brand new property as well. Rooms were amazing. We got the swim out room and the water was not too cold or too hot. 10 out of 10 experience.

1. The drinks, they’re all watered down. Stick to champagne and wines if you don’t want something messed with. They didn’t have savignon blanc, which is kind of crazy. 2. It’s an all inclusive for a decent price, having said that, the food isn’t great and they attempt to distract you with presentation, although there are some good food places I wouldn’t recommend staying here more then 3-4 nights. 3. Marketing, they kept offering us a breakfast at another resort with a promise of 2 free nights at another hyiatt. When we would ask hotel staff for help with some thing, they would mix this Marketing into their answer. It got so annoying to the point where I just started cutting them off. 4. It’s quiet, too quiet, literally you would be by yourself in a pool with maybe one other person in a huge pool. 5. Big negative was watering down our drinks, people travel to relax and have a drink, not have their drinks messed with. Having said all that, it was an all inclusive and it was relatively cheap and that likely goes hand-in-hand with the quality of food and beverage

The resort was secluded and away from everything. It was as described an adult only resort but the dining was quality was not great quality. The variety was lacking flavor, my husband and I got sick the first night. We had a discrepancy with our payment when checking in and it was very frustrating to say the least. It would have been helpful to know prior to travel that this resort did not accept US currency and only wanted strictly credit cards as payment. We thought it was optional. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.
