Had an amazing stay at Secrets Tulum! The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a unique jungle/beach inspired design and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was 3/5, and the beach club was a great addition to the experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made for a perfect getaway. I would definitely recommend Secrets Tulum and would love to return in the future!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bars were easily accessible. They have many different pools depending on what your vibe is. The only issue we ran into was on our first two days the food was subpar, not sure it is was just an off day however, after that all the food was amazing. I do wish they had more Mexican food options.
