Clean, high service level, lots of amenities and entertainment . Location isn’t very good. Food ranged from really good to mediocre. Some of their restaurant offerings were really impressive. But I have to say their French restaurant was one one the worst attempts at French cuisine I have ever experienced.

Our Butler Julio took especially great care of our needs, from making dinner reservations, to suggesting different activities, to making sure we were always comfortable. secrets Tulum is a beautiful resort. Really enjoyed the beach club. If you have trouble walking, there are lots of steps! Rooms were very nice; housekeeping did a nice job. The employees were some of the friendliest people around! The food was just OK. I expected better from a secrets, but it was just ok. Spa service was very good; Irene gave me a wonderful massage!

We had a fantastic stay at Secrets Tulum Resort. The resort was spotless, and the cleaning staff did an exceptional job throughout our visit. Frida, our wonderful concierge, truly made our stay extra special — she went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The amenities were excellent, especially the gym and the variety of pools. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to the sister beach resort, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the beach as well. We would highly recommend Secrets Tulum Resort.

We had a great experience at Secrets Tulum. The room was impeccable and the service was top notch. We enjoyed the spa services, especially the hydrotherapy session. I would give the food 8/10, our favorite restaurants were Jasmine and Portofino. This resort's atmosphere was all about the chill vibes and relaxation; we loved evey minute of it. I would recommend this resort to family and friends.

The staff was friendly but there was lots of inconsistency in the quality of service and food. Some times the steaks are good, other times they’re a sad grey mess. Sometimes the wait staff was Johnny on the spot and other times they’d disappear for 20 minutes at a time. This was our first time in Mexico and at an all inclusive resort. If I had to sum it up, there is a facade of luxury built on cheap underpinnings. However, this may be a problem with most resorts in Mexico. Cheap construction of the resort and inconsistent service and food quality left us wanting more. I can see the potential and the appeal but won’t be staying here again. We’ll give Secrets another chance, but at one of their higher rated and larger resorts.

The best resort !! The staff was expectational everything was clean and accommodating. It was my friends birthday and they held a private dinner which was beautiful. Julio was our concierge and go to person he was attentive and always updated us with activities and helped us with any questions or concerns. The best experience would recommend anyone who wants to have good time,food,and drinks to book a trip to secrets tulum.

I paid around 700$ CAD for one night to be pressed, got a 30minutes late check in knowing we arrived an hour earlier, they called me around 9am to ask me for my check out, we were put as “preferred members to end up saying we are not then block our access mid day.
