No information about being two different rentals in one place: one being a hotel and the other one a flat owned privately property. No parking available and felt "discriminated" by not being able to "enjoy" the place. The whole structure needs renovation urgently. Although it seems like there is some renovation going on everywhere it should have been better for the price. Staff were great! The room we stayed was moldy and smelling.

That was a disaster. My family of four couldn’t stay in the room. We had to find an emergency stay, which by itself was a challenge and expensive. The room was not ready for us. No bed sheets or towels. In addition, there were bed sheets clumped up, likely from the previous guest. Also, I was not able to get the AC running cold. AC in Manaus is a must because it is too hot and humid. Communication was challenging and I am requesting a refund which will be another ballgame. I hope Expedia will help me.

The internet worked very well. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff were very helpful

Property Dirty; lights not working; bathroom in terrible conditions; bad smelling.; we refused to use the room and never we never received the refund; contacting the property ower in this platafform; they just ignored our refund request; this property have to be banned from Expedia
