We stayed in this hotel a week prior and had a completely different experience the following week. The room that we stayed in this time had lots of wear and tear and needed updates. It also had a weird smell. Every time a door would slam in the hallway the drawers would pop open. The carpet was coming up underneath the fridge, which made it hard to open and close. the door in the bathroom Someone took a marker on the bathroom door to cover up the issues with it. The caulk in the bathroom need to be replaced because it started to have mold on it. The fan in the bathroom was so loud. We got down to breakfast at 8 AM. The coffee machine wasn’t working and there were no eggs left. Staff reported that there would be no more. The bananas were over ripe. We were glad the beds were comfortable. Air conditioner was set on 65 but only was cooling down to 72 but still didn’t feel cool enough not sure it was working properly. we were only staying one night and were exhausted so just wanted to rest. we heard that the hotel was full so there was probably no option of another room risking to find another hotel that late. The staff are nice there. Unfortunately, we will not stay in this hotel again.

The staff was all very friendly and hotel was clean. Several restaurants were very close and within walking distance. Perfect for our overnight stay on our way to Gulf Shores

Enjoyed our vacation at this Hotel!

It was amazing! It is a really clean place, the room was clean, bathroom was clean, the indoor pool was great and clean. The beds were really comfortable. Staff is really helpful and they have a delicious breakfast! I definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.
