The check in was fairly smooth. I stayed in room 305 & it appeared the door had been once kicked off the frame because there was a gap around the lock kit which I was initially afraid to stay inside the room. The room was air conditioned well. It was fairly clean. This hotel is fairly new to the area but the decor & interior design Best Western chooses makes the hotel look outdated. There were a lot of kids & a motorcycle club so it wasn’t super quiet. The cable was decent. The elevator was slow & had to be reset once during my stay. I did end up extending my stay by one day. That process was smooth & so was check out. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The bathrooms need to be updated. We took showers and had to mop up water after each use. They only give you limited towels so we were having to use our bath towels to clean it up which left us short on towels.

Miss Alice was so helpful and friendly. She made us feel welcome. The woman that sets up breakfast was awesome. She made sure we had everything. She kept the area clean and food hot and full.

Great stay room was spacious and clean. Booked a regular king size room and during check in was informed that air may be out in that room so was upgraded to a suite for the same price. Excellent customer service. Best stay in Tupelo I’ve had.

The room appeared clean. However, I like to wipe everything down with antibacterial wipes and upon doing so, the bathroom shelves were very dirty. We were there 4 nights and had zero housekeeping. Even after requesting it they still didn’t come. Our trash was overflowing and we ran out of toilet paper. Our room key went bad twice but was quickly resolved after 2 additional trips downstairs.

The facilities were very clean and the breakfast was good. The beds were very firm and when you would move you could hear the springs in them. I woke up with a ton of pain in my back and ribs. If you like softer beds, these aren't for you.
