The rooms are a little dated and could use a refresh, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable! Our room was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The grocery store and a few fast food restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, I was satisfied with our stay and would stay there again.

The Birchwood Inn in Amory, Mississippi is a nice, clean and pleasant place to stay, Finding it was somewhat of an ordeal for me as it sits slightly back off the main road in town and the facts that there was a festival going on and I was towing a car-hauler trailer made my job of finding it more difficult than it should have been. There a number of shops and fast-food places very nearby making it easy to get something to eat. When we left in the morning it was now easy to navigate the streets to make our way out of town. If you go to Amory this is a nice inexpensive place for a short stay.

#1-No handicap shower,#2- metal bed made a noise when turning over or setting down on bed #3- Bed was hard. I slept in the chair. #4-coffee pot was dirty, someone put coffee grounds where the water goes and it was not cleaned out. could hear other guest talking tru walls. other than that El had a good night sleep. LOL

Surprisingly much better than expected. Room was clean, bed was comfy and good water pressure. Very close to the hospital which was key for us as family was there. Lot of food and even shopping choices are available in the immediate area. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is listed in Tupelo but it’s actually in Amory several miles away. Coffee maker chipped and dirty with old coffee grounds still inside. Carpet and furnishings not clean. Front desk person was nice
