I waited at the front desk for approximately 10 minutes. I finally call the hotel & someone appears. I was greeted by, “are you a reward member” ….well you can’t check in until 3. This was at 2:25. Not a pleasant word spoken. After checking in I was informed I would not have cleaning service-they only do that every 7 days. I guess that explains the live roach in the room. If I needed towels I had to bring them to the front desk & place them in a basket (they touched nothing). Only then could I get a replacement. No coffee or water in the room. You must purchase everything from a vending area downstairs. Hallway carpet bubbled up from some type of water damage. Very old key card system. Worst hotel ever. Will NEVER stay again or recommend.
The staff was unwelcoming from the minute we checked in. Roaches were in several rooms & the staff was told, & her response was “how big are the roaches!”
Horrible customer service. Supposed to be a hospitality industry & this hotel failed horribly!

Room was smelly and not very clean. Room not well maintained.
Needs a good coat of paint on hallway walls and doors. The bed sheets had blood and hair on them so we had to ask the front desk clerk (she was very polite and helpful and was the best thing about our stay) for clean sheets and we personally changed the sheets. The rooms are on the verge of needing fresh paint and will soon need a deep clean.

Great stay, clean maintained property
This was our second stay after we were well pleased with our first stay. Upon entrance to the property both grounds and outside of building is well maintained and clean. A quick, easy, and friendly check in. Rooms and lobby are clean, appliances function well, plenty of hot water- quick! Food choices are close by if you do not utilize the kitchenette. The area is safe, sits next door to holiday inn express - joining parking lots, easy access from freeway and good lighting around the property.
