I made my reservation through Expedia, paid, received receipt. Got to comfort Inn and the clerk charged me $65. I told her it was paid by Expedia, showed her my credit card receipt. She said it must have been declined. It was 11:00 at night. I argued. Bit but then decided I will call Expedia. They will call the manager on Monday. A different clerk checked me out, I told her what happened. She saw it was paid twice, but she had no way to fix it. Manager hopefully will take care of it. Then…there was no place to park. We had to park way behind the building. The card keys didn’t work in the back door so we had to walk with all our luggage back around the building to the front, in the dark, in the rain! Won’t go back there.

The staff was super nice and friendly. The beds were comfortable and there were several so pillows on the beds so my family could find the ones they liked. Breakfast was simple but hot and filling. Overall I would stay there again!
