This has just been renovated and is like new...and all of my above stars are true...but, when I left after first night to go to MSU for graduation, upon my return that next evening I found my room just like I left it...it was not touched by maid service...the desk clerk said I did not tell them to refresh it because they only clean every other day unless they are told otherwise...I said how was I supposed to know that and they said well you know now for next time....and my electronic key did not work since the system didn't know I was there two nights...so while my handicapped wife is waiting at our room door on the third floor I had to get a new key, be taken to the linen room for fresh towels, liners for the trash cans and return to let my wife in our room and refresh our room myself, less changing bedding. The night shift clerk said I should have been asked if I wanted my room cleaned and refreshed with no assumptions being made that I was aware of such. It happened that way and should not have...other than that everything was great as I indicated by my five star rating for every category...and I am a Hilton Honors Club member
