Expedia screwed up our reservation. That screw up caused us to pay again for our hotel room. So Expedia charged me $169.00 which didn’t reserve us a room. The hotel then charged us an additional charge for a room. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Positives - staff was very friendly and helpful. Negatives - room carpet was very dirty, furniture was old and worn out. Room was very dark. No juice for breakfast. Pool looked murky. Low water pressure in the shower. I don't think I'll go to a Holiday Inn Express again. Very low value for the price.

Comfortable Beds!
I was worried about the choice because the hallways and carpeting were pretty dated, but the room itself was huge and best of all the beds were really comfortable! Breakfast bar juice and pancake machine were out of order and you had to ask for water at the front desk because there wasn’t any in the breakfast bar. All in all, I would stay here again because the staff was great and the beds were so comfortable!

Liked the big rooms with 2 sinks. Couch area separate from the bedrooms. Coffee kurig in the room. Bed was comfy and loved the pillows and comfy bedding. Large room and bathroom shower had great pressure. At the end of the stay the breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Good breakfast and Clean bed.
The breakfast was excellent! The rooms were super clean. I would advice they use some draino on the tub drains as the water would not drain and would come up to our ankles.

Great location right of interstate, second time we've stayed while traveling. Hotel is clean and staff is super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. There's a really good mexican restaurant next door if you need lunch or dinner during your stay.

Nice stay
The room and facilities were in excellent condition and well kept. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. We didn't have a chance to use the indoor pool or gym. The only negative thing was a lack of extra towels and an additional $10 charge on top of the prepaid room fee for no apparent reason at check in.

Was unaware after spending $ for the room and everything that there would be an additional $10 charge for incidents I guess. Ask for a refund and they tell me that I can't have a refund because you have to cancel 24 hours ahead of time which was impossible. About three lights and our room don't even work and seen a roach so not worth it.

The staff was friendly and kind. The front desk clerk, Rebecca, is Awesome. She checked us in and she checked us out. We had been on a 7 day road trip and ended with our last 2 days attending a Family Reunion. My husband and I both said that we ended with the best hotel stay and the kindest staff. We'll remember this place as we travel to the area of Tupelo/Fulton.
