The beds were awesome!! Everything was really clean. My sons car was out of gas, they even ran to get some gas for the car. Great job!! Looking forward to the next stay at a Holiday Inn, and hoping it can live up to the rep, that Tupelo Holiday Inn now has with us. You set the bar high Tupelo Holiday Inn!! A+ 10/10

Not Mobility Accessible

Their "version" of handicap accessible is NOT accessible. There are tubs with bars and a shower head up 7 feet that cannot be adjusted. Countertops in room and bathroom were way too high and had to get a step stool to get into the bed. Clean? Yeah, roomy, sure, accessible, NOPE. Disappointed.

We were so happy with our stay at this Holiday Inn Express! Friendly staff, beautiful remodel, very clean public areas AND the room. My family (with young kids) stayed at the Hampton the week before and I was nervous about booking the HIE but were all 100% pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much more we liked this hotel! Great experience and everything we look for in an overnight stay. Breakfast and coffee were great too!
