Check in was good the lady didn’t go out of her way to be friendly but she wasn’t rude, the rest of the staff were friendly and made a point to speak. The room was nice and clean it had everything we needed. It is an older hotel it shows on the outside but once in our room everything was good, I think they work really hard to keep it nice and updated as possible. The only downside was I knew it was a pet friendly hotel but I didn’t like that a girl had her long haired dog in the breakfast area and carried it around with her while she fixed her plate…I love dogs but not in the food area that’s gross, not entirely the hotels fault, I guess some guest think it’s okay.

1. As soon as I got to my room I used the bathroom. There was a spider 🕷 just hanging out (alive) at the base of the tub. This did not instill confidence in me as to the cleanliness of the establishment. 2. As I was moving my luggage back out to my car, getting ready to leave, a man (I assume, manager) came up to me & told me that I needed to hurry up & get out. The time was 11:15, & I felt as though it was obvious that that was exactly what I was doing. Based on these 2 incidents, I would not recommend this motel.

Front desk clerk apparently didn't pass along my complaints. There has been no contact with management to me. The room was disgusting, smelly, The air conditioner was so noisy I shut it off. I took a nap on top of the bed and left in hours. I stayed at this property a week earlier in a different building and everything was fine. There were people partying drunk and wandering about the property. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. I have asked for a refund several times and hope that maybe this comment will stir the management. I will never stay at this property again.

Nice property. This is a great hotel for the money, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very basic and nothing special but the room was probably the best bang for the buck. I would recommend.

The air conditioning was nearly inoperable. The room was filthy and smelled of dirty feet. It was not a handicap accessible room as reserved. I have stayed at this property many times and have never been so disgusted in my life. I am still waiting for a member of management to contact me. I left a message with the front desk clerk when I checked out in the morning. I didn't even take a shower. The room was absolutely disgusting. I stayed there last Wednesday and the stay was absolutely perfect. Someone needs to give attention to management. I want a refund.

Loved our room and the cost was low. We had a couch and a separate room in our bedroom was in a separate room which I was surprised. It was very very clean, the shower was great. I cannot say anything bad about Red Roof at this location.
