The hotel suited our needs perfectly for our 10 day stay. The room was comfortable, although the hanging area in the wardrobe was high to reach for shorter people! It was very clean. The room was also very quiet and in a hot period, kept nicely cool. The staff were very helpful and answered all our many questions, providing us with useful travel information when we needed it. The hotel was very well situated both easy access to the centre of Turin and also the train station. The airport bus was very close. We would return.

The staff here were wonderful, very kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I also appreciated the location, which was excellent: very walkable with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection, coffee, pastries, and fruit. Unfortunately, the room itself was not great. It felt more like a dorm in that it was tiny, with stains on the walls, not very clean, and furnished simply. The shower was a plastic stall (good water pressure), and the bed was a single with only a sheet. The Internet was slow unless I was in the reception. While the A/C and heating worked well and the price was great for the location, the overall atmosphere of the room was a bit depressing. Stay here if you plan to be out and about for most of the day.

Lovely Gem of a hotel

Loved this little gem well situated in Torino. Tons of access to food/restaurants, shops, historic sites. Just blocks from the train in a safe, pretty neighborhood. All staff we super friendly. Would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Staff unfriendly, mould in the shower. Bathroom needs to be updated. Very uncomfortable bed. Rooms after 9pm and before 7am were really Loud with others guests tvs and banging doors. Would not recommend or stay here again location was the only good thing about it
