The hotel is in good condition and super well located. However, the service could be better. I asked for a restaurant for dinner and they sent me to a place that was long closed… The beds were not comfortable at all. Mattress was super hard and they did not clean the room well. They clearly did not vacuum the floor. Full of sand. It’s a pity for that price.

Superbowl Sunday on TV in my hotel room

Great, central location, a 5 minute walk from Porta Nuova, the main train station in Turin, with several attractions within walking distance. The front desk was very accommodating. It was Superbowl Sunday with the game from 12:40-4:30 AM, and i was not sure where or if it was being shown on Italian TV. But they helped me and i got to watch the entire game in Italian language. 😊

Nice stay at the Hotel Concord

We had a pleasant overnight stay at the Hotel Concord. The breakfast was very good and staff were pleasant. The room was nice The Hotel is within a couple minutes walk to Porta Nuova train station which is quite convenient and one of the reasons for selecting the Hotel Concord. Just don’t make the mistake we did and get off at the Porta Susa stop which is a 25 minute walk. We made that mistake , but luckily got a taxi to take us right to the hotel . Turin is a pretty city and the Royal Palace museum is beautiful . Try to stop at the Cafe Al Bicerin.

Bellissimo

Splendido hotel nel cuore di Torino, a pochi metri dalla Stazione Porta Nuova. Servizio gentile, efficiente e disponibile. Colazione favolosa, palestra adiacente a disposizione della clientela. La camera avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo accorgimento, come la guarnizione della doccia e l'apertura dell'armadio, un po' dura. Ma per il resto tutto perfetto. Peccato non essermi fermata più tempo.

Very pleasant stay

Really nice rooms, the staff were all very polite. I left my bag there at 10.30 am and went for a wander around Turin. When I arrived back at the hotel later on they had kindly put my bag in the room. The room was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable. The shower was a good size. I would happily stay there again
