Qualidade caiu muito
Achei que a qualidade do resort caiu consideravelmente. Havia ido em junho, com meu esposo, minha filha e meus pais. Nessa época, amamos cada detalhe. Agora em outubro achei que muita coisa mudou… faltando mais de um mês pra viagem, pedimos os dois quartos próximos um do outro e de preferência longe da área de lazer, por estarmos com bebê. Falaram que estava ok, que colocariam os dois quartos no térreo e próximo ao estacionamento. Quando chegamos lá, fizeram tudo o contrário.. os dois quartos estavam super distantes e o meu, que dormiria a bebê, ficou de frente pra piscina. Um caos para conseguir dormir. Além disso, o atendimento no restaurante estava deixando muito a desejar e o café da manhã bem fraco comparado ao da última estadia. O mesmo bolo que foi servido sexta, colocaram pra servir sábado. O pão de queijo estava duro, nitidamente amanhecido. Os ovos com gosto de podre.. enfim, sou muito difícil de reclamar da qualidade do café-da-manha (inclusive da outra vez fiz muitos elogios, mas dessa estava bem inferior). Escutei falar que eles demitiram uma leva de funcionários, talvez por isso a qualidade tenha caído tanto. Deixo aqui minha sugestão para que voltem ao atendimento de antes.

Pontos positivos: Quarto confortável, café da manhã muito bom e paisagismo agradavel. Pontos negativos: cheiro de fossa subindo dentro do banheiro, falta de chuveirão na piscina, cadeira na varanda e alguem se dispondo a levar as malas e apresentar o quarto (pelo preço que se paga, seria desejável).

Hotel limpo e muito bem organizado. Restaurante com comida maravilhosa e drinks deliciosos. Só fiquei chateada, pq no segundo dia no hotel pedi a limpeza do quarto, mas quando voltei 4 horas depois o quarto não tinha sido limpo. O que foi repassado é que não tínhamos deixado a chave. Só que perguntamos e os mesmo nos disseram que não precisava deixar a chave, pq eles tinham outra.

O local é muito bom. A recepção dos funcionarios e atendimento é excelente. O quarto ótimo, assim como a limpeza do quarto. Porém precisam melhorar um pouco no café da manhã, pois um pedido de um beju demorou por volta de 25 minutos e a reposição dos itens que estavam acabando ou nao tinha mais ocorria num intervalo de tempo muito grande. A piscina tinha uma parte escorregadia como se tivesse limo. E pra uma hospedagem com a identificação de Resort, precisaria colocar um pouco mais de espreguiçadeiras em volta da área da piscina. No mais o lugar é muito bom.
