First off, late at night, I find there is no hot water coming from the shower. The manager seemed to be MIA so sans taking it. Much later that evening (12:30-2:00am), the guest next to my room get into screaming match, then a brawl that was taken out into the parking lot. Again the manager didn't take any action. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

They could try…a little.

Even with the booking clearly stating credit card would be used to guarantee only and not charged till arrival, they processed payment the morning of. At arrival they wouldn’t fix their error. We also arrived early to get a decent king room with a view. Instead, we were stuck with view of hallway wall - and loud late-night bat. Sigh.
