The bed was very comfortable. I felt safe as a single female traveler in ground floor room 1 which was near the office. The front staff was nice. The room was modest but very clean. This is a great hotel to stay inn if you have family or friends in any of the Pinecrest area camps or skiing but you want to be able to walk around town and have shops restaurants and other services right there. Thanks.

Great location, easy walking to all the town to include music in the park. Pool small but nicely maintained and private even though it’s abuts a road. Facilities with some wear and tear but rooms and bed comfy.

Small town feel. Call this number to contact manager to check in. Room was not ready at almost 5pm. Rustic split wood bed frame and room furniture full of hiding breeding area for bedbugs. I found four in my ,thank goodness white sheets. No one in office at check out to let them know I was up all night being bitten. At least they were honest and said hot tub heater was broken.

I wouldn't recommend it to people with disabilities. The owner parks in one of the disabled spots alm day & night. it's against the law to be in those spots unless they have a disabled display on their car.

We had a wonderful time!! But the carpet was dirty and the drapes were old and need to be replaced. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were being repaired during our stay. But we will come back because the area is beautiful!

Wildwood is pretty awesome.

It was their last room, the online booking was quick and easy and the clerk ( was very nice and polite )didn't ask any of the same questions when booking online. 2 minutes after arriving we were in our room.

This motel is located in downtown—a convenient and quiet place. The facility is not new, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and friendly. He gave us helpful suggestions about nearby places to visit. Overall, I would say this was a good option for a one-night stay during my Highway 395 trip.

The staff was great. He was very helpful I was late for my chicken so he was so helpful in this case and give us an instructions on how to collect the keys when he’s away as it’s too late at midnight and there will be no one at the office so my check-in and check events month without any hassle. The only issue is, I didn’t see any of the staff who can help and most of it went on phone its only one day stop for me, but other things are great

Cute hotel, beautiful area.

The hotel is in a fun, rustic town. The hotel is decorated and cute. The area is beautiful. My only complaint is that the description said "14 miles" to my destination in Arnold. It's actually 53 miles and a 59 minute drive! Incorrect information led to a bit of frustration. Nice drive though through some beautiful country.
