The property was fairly clean and I no issue in that regard. The only problem was the front desk guy. I arrived 20 min early and the guy was extremely grumpy and rude and told me to leave, that he won’t check me in till 3 pm. There were plenty rooms available at the time, and I don’t see a reason w accommodating us over such a short period of time. Luckily, when I returned there was a different gentleman who was very nice and polite. Maybe, retrain some of your staff to smile and be kind. It is not good to be mean just because you can.

Weren’t able to sleep at all
We were offered this handicapped room right above the lobby where there’re these super bright lights right outside of our window BUT THEY DON’T HAVE BLACKOUT CURTAINS INSTALLED. We asked the front desk person to take a look and asked for eye masks, but they said they don’t have any. We couldn’t sleep at night at all, woke up at 2am trying to hang all of the bath towels up as curtains. HOW RIDICULOUS! The front desk person said he’ll give us $20 as credit or whatever, I haven’t seen it to show up on my credit card; and honestly we should get at least half of the money back. If you happen to get room 215, ask for another room.

We stayed for 2 nights with family. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the room was a little too hot. We had to keep the window open a little bit. Elevator was slow and loud.

The room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is always nice! The only minor complaint is that they stock a room with 2 queen beds with only TWO bath towels! It was a minor annoyance to have to go down for more towels. Otherwise, we enjoyed this hotel!

Overall very convenient and pleasant stay near Joshua Tree National Park. Staff were very friendly. The temperature control in the room was a bit erratic but otherwise we thought this was a comfortable spot for our family.

Our room (210) was right next to the elevator. One of the elevators had a problem with it as it made a grinding noise all night long as it went up and down. I spoke with the front desk and she stated "a part was ordered and it would get there when it got there". For our safety, we always took the elevator that was not making noises. This needs to be taken seriously. No one wants to get stuck in an elevator. Additionally, the shower head needs to be replaced in room 210. The water goes everywhere.

The first room assigned to me was next to the elevators and one of the elevators was making noise that could be heard in the room. The staff did find me another room. No other issues. Would stay there again.
