2night family trip.
The area was good, felt safe. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. However, the beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in and when went to take our morning showers there was hardly any hot water. The breakfast was just a grab and go style. Only oatmeal, cereal, packaged muffin/honey buns and choice of orange juice and or apple juice. Coffee and tea available 24/7. Room rates were affordable.

The bed spread was stained. The TV didn't had a clear picture. The bathroom was clean, and super fast hot water, which was nice. Room was very noisy. You could hear the upstairs people and our room was next to the exit door, which shook the whole room every time it closed. Across from our room was also the ice machine, so we could hear the ice falling down every time someone used the machine.

We got what we paid for. The sink was outside of the bathroom, so that took some getting used to. It had everything we needed, but it could have been cleaner and upgraded. The breakfast was basic.

The rooms were spacious and very neat and clean. The housekeeping staff was very efficient and cleaned the room everyday. The gentleman at the reception was very warm and helpful. Also although the breakfast area is small and the spread is limited, it was good enough and we were happy with it. The parking was convenient and the location was very good to cover both Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. Had a very good stay and would highly recommend it.

Pro: Clean; decorated cute; ice machine works; vending machine works; good value for the cheap price. Cons: Walls paper thin so can hear all the neighbors day and night; bed frames metal so make annoying clanging noises when you sit on the bed or adjust at night.

We liked our stay very much. The beds are very comfortable as well and that is a big deal. I like that they offer breakfast early in the morning. It’s nice to have a cup of coffee and a little something in your tummy. Thank you. It was a great stay.

Somehow GPS directed me to a wrong place by the name of the property. It was hard to find it. Initially a lady told me she gave me a wrong room since someone was already in the room. I waited and it turned out it was okay.
