Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.

Location is great if you want to walk around and access public transport Lots of food and stuff around The rooms are large and well set up although a bit worn The gym is completely useless but there are plenty of gyms with day pass around

The receptionists were the most unfriendly people I have ever met. House keeping is only available every 3 days. If you need any room amenities like towels, toilet paper and soap, you have to wait in your room between 3pm-6pm and ask for the items you need. All the electric outlets in the room are loose and my phone charger kept falling out. I will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

One elevator from ground floor to hotel lobby on the 5 th floor was disabled. It was not quickly fixed. Very slow and with groups of people too numerous to fit in the car. So, it took 2 or 3, trips to get upstairs to the lobby. This is more a reflection on the building owner rather than the hotel. Breakfast was well worth the cost. Good selection. Food presented well. Tons of selection.

I stayed here the first night of my trip and returned for My last nights. I will stay here when I return to Seoul, I loved everything about my stay here

Not what I would consider 4 star hotel. Tiny room, hallways were always warm, couldn't adjust air in gym or room(under 23) never wrapped my head around the half shower door. Was i supposed to supply my own shower curtain?
