The water heater went out leaving us with no hot water! The hotel did offer to switch rooms but we were settled in a king suite. They then gave us the key to an extra room to go shower in. Very inconvenient. The room was beautiful and the balcony was nice but the air conditioning unit was annoying and loud. The hotel triedto make it right by giving me a$50 gift card

This was overall a good stay. Slept for 5 hours, was charged twice and still getting the runaround on double charges . Customer service with Expedia is worthless. I am very disappointed with lack of concern. Major ripoff. If they fix it, I will correct the review

This is a very nice place to stay. Last week I stayed in a bottom floor, pet friendly room, (even tho I wasn't traveling with a pet this time.) The room was very clean and in good shape. There is a grass courtyard in the middle for your dogs, It's very nice. This week, my room was upstairs in the main building. It was a very nice room, and it had a balcony to sit out on. The morning breakfast is very good, scrambled eggs, hash browns, plus they rotate between biscuits and gravy, and tortillas. Plus there is the regular waffles. The only downside, is that if you are coming from the east, the off ramp is sometimes closed due to construction. Check ahead to see the status. All in all, I highly recommend this motel!
