Front desk girls would rather talk to wach other and be on their phone than help guest. Pool was really cold .. halway carpet and elevator were dirty and smelled ..makeup on bed pillow made me wonder if the room was clean .. wasnt happy with my stay

Clean and neat They had a hard time finding my reservation at check in. I was told they did not have a reservation at that hotel till I went out to the car and brought in my papers from Expedia. Then they suddenly found the reservation.

It was fine, but certain things and areas just felt grungy and dirty. The shower had rust stains all over it, the base of the toilet had tons of dust and hair which I noticed the second night we were there... It was way too much dust and hair to have just been from my family in one night, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't cleaned very well. The pool area felt kind of dirty. Not sure I would stay here again.
