Upon arrival I was not greeted. I stood there in front of the lady for 5 mins before she said "checking in". A few of the staff members were all out front smoking. The room was outdated, carpet was not clean. Both the pool and sauna were closed for "repairs". The overall property really needs updated. There seemed to be live in people there and not overnights stays.

When we arrived, the parking lot was dark. After checking in as we were exiting to the parking area, the lights came on. Not sure why so late. I went to the vending machine and they didn't have any water (at all). I would have contacted the vendor to get some water in the machines. The front desk gave me my $5.00 back when I asked. She was helpful.

Hot Tub Out of Service
We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and a hot tub. Of course, during half of our stay, the hot tub was out of service, and the pool water was very cold. The breakfast was usual, a waffle maker, bagel, toast, egg, sausage, cereal, etc. The staff were nice, but really, we were looking forward to the hot tub after hiking and sightseeing all day. Very disappointing.

Cigarette smoke smell
The first room they assigned us smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was suppose to be non-smoking. The second one also smelled of cigarette smoke and we just dealt with it. Will not go there again.
