From the exterior, the property looked well maintained. However, the dumpster near both Building A & B was disgusting and the smell wafted near the entrances. The carpets inside the room and throughout the building was old, ragged, and stained. The beds were creaky and uncomfortable, the sheets were scratchy, and the bathroom floor and tub had red mold. The entire building needs a renovation. For $167 a night, the "Quality" Inn was a complete dump. Will never stay at another Quality Inn again.

We went to check in and were told we didn't have the room we reserved in the building with an elevator. We were given a second floor room in the other building. There is no elevator. The building reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpets were stained and dirty. It was so bad, our clothes smelled of smoke even after we left. We will not be staying there again.

The hotel room we stayed in REAKED of cat pee. It was absolutely disgusting and they tried covering it with fruity smells which made it worse. And they couldn’t move our room due to no manager being there…it was a loud of bull. The breakfast was subpar. I would definitely stay somewhere else if you have the choice.

Building (A) 304 The carpets in the hallway's, elevator, and dining room were filthy dirty; and badly stained! Our room was disgusting! The mirrored closet door was smeared and missing the knob. Inside the closet was a dirty towel lying on the filthy floor. The bathroom had black mold growing around the edges of the popcorn ceiling, and the fire sprinkler was covered in rust. The ceiling exhaust fan was extremely noisy. The carpet was filthy dirty, badly stained, and reeked a putrid odor! The furniture looked as lf it was pulled from a 2nd hand store dumpster. There was mouse droppings in the drawers. The desk had scrapes, scratches, and gouges. There was 2 lamps.1 floor and 1 desk both shades were stained. The black-out curtains had dried blood spots. The air conditioner only had 1 working speed. I would have opened the window but, the screen was ripped and torn open. I went to the store and bought a spray bottle of lysol, paper towels and cleaned all touchable surfaces. I never would of thought I'd have to clean a hotel room as a guest! What a dump!

The carpet, couch and comforters were very stained and the sink was not draining properly. We confirmed the room for 5 people and they didn’t give s bedding for the sofa bed. We had to go to the front desk to get it.

Looked like there were 4 or 5 abandoned cars scattered throughout the parking lot. Didn’t feel safe for a female traveling alone. The front lobby had a weird smell. At 2:40pm, with check in starting at 3:00pm, the front desk person said there weren’t any rooms ready yet but she will ask housekeeping to start getting rooms ready. That’s crazy! The whole place just felt sketchy. I didn’t even check-in. I found another hotel in the area. I didn’t get a refundable rate so I won’t get my money back for not staying there. I will just think of losing the $280 as a small price to pay for my safety and finding another hotel.

Not Great but I’ve seen worse

Mold in bathrooms along the ceiling and very dirty hallways and elevator areas. The halls smelled musty. I was here 3 nights and the service was really good and breakfast was good. The overall room was clean too.

Motor noise

Although the room was very comfortable and clean, there was a motor on the other side of the wall that started up every few minutes that was very loud and kept my friend awake for quite a while.it needs to be looked into.
