They did not have a operating pool the second building has mold in the roof on the way to pool. Tried to use the phone to call front rest they did not respond. They only care about there main building only stairs for the second floor. I feel they advertise a better stay.

The room was dirty. There were mouse droppings in the bed, hair in the shower and the pillows and blankets smelled like dust and were musty. One receptionist was extremely unfriendly, though the other later in the night was nice and helped us.

Booked a room with 3 beds. They did not have pillows for our 3rd bed. I had to go purchase some. They ran out of clean towels. Outside doors are not secure you do not need a key card to enter from the side of the building. Most of the staff was not very friendly. A couple were very nice. Used bar of soap left in the bathroom. Floors dirty.

The room was basic, but nice. It was towrds the end of the hall by the door. The first night was quiet, but the 2nd night I kept hearing the door slam (enough so that I could feel it in the bed). We did not ask for a handicap room, but got one, so no tub, just a shower which was fine. I did not have breakfast, but my husband said there was not much choice and it didn't look great. I am not sure about that as there seemed to be some variety when I peaked in the dining area before leaving. The pool and hot tub were open the 1st day and was nice, although the jets did not work in the hot tub. The hot tub water was nice and hot though. The 2nd day the pool was closed as there was a leak somewhere that could not be fixed until the following morning. Overall though it was nice though.

For the price it was very nice. I just wish I would've paid a little more for a nicer place. Carpet worn and dated. Bathroom shower was not good. But staff at check in was amazing!
