Cleanish, but poor condition
The service was great but the room was in poor condition. Fairly clean but many things were broken. Probably overpriced for the condition. Better to spend a few extra dollars and get a much better room/hotel.

Wish they were more hotels like this one.
This hotel is a gem. Value for the money is excellent. It’s extremely clean, well appointed. Access to rooms is extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I wish there were more hotels like this one.

Tyler Surgery Stay
This was a stay the night before a surgery the next morning at 5am@ UT Health. The place overall was great but they need to talk to their housekeeping staff about their cleaning off the floors. Thank you for taking the time me to read my words.

I stayed there for four days they never cleaned the room changed the sheets or provided clean towels yhey changed the locks during my stay and didn’t notify me. I would have left and found another hotel but I prepaid for the stay.
