Very clean. Very comfortable rooms. Friendly, accommodating staff with the exception of one housekeeping staff person. But noisy neighbors ruined part of my stay. I had to change rooms. I had trouble with my key card and/or the deadbolt and/or door handle with every door I used. Including an exterior door. I got tired of complaining. Not sure if I'm ever going to stay there again or not.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Only thing was had to wait 45 min for room to be cleaned after check I in time; although, staff was short handed and apologized. This is my yearly travel stop and will make this my hotel stay.

Honest staff, great place to stay
I was impressed with the size of the room and the comfort of the beds. The location was nice and just off of the interstate enough that you didnt hear the noise. I was SUPER IMPRESSED when I received a call a few hours after check out to let me know that I had left my rings. I was interrupted when I was gathering my bathroom items and completely forgot that it was lying on the counter. I was just shopping away at Canton Trade Days and didn't realize I wasn't wearing my ring until they called. They put it in the safe for me until I returned for it. It's good to know there are still good people in the world! I will definitely stay again when I go to Canton! Thanks, again!

You get what you pay for.
First, our room was very clean, which I’ll give 5 stars for. However, it’s an old hotel and definitely shows signs of wear: chipped wall paint, mismatched bulbs in lamps, etc. The side door of the unit was broken, so anyone could walk in. No need to swipe your card. It was cheap, but we’ll go elsewhere next time.
