The hotel is very tired and dirty. The most disgusting experience had to be the vomit stained toilet and foul smell. The manager on duty was dismissive, defensive and lacked any sense of sympathy. Never again!

I decided to book the suite. I am so glad I did! The room was spacious. I was dealing with some insomnia and I went to the couch to turn on the TV in the other room. I ended up falling asleep for several hours because the couch was just that comfortable. I loved that each room had a separate thermostat AND there was a second half bath (which makes traveling with friends all that more easy!) I also love that it went down to 65 degrees.....it really did work!!! We were freezing in the best way!! The indoor pool and hot tube were a nice addition, too..

Our room 338 connected to 336. They had a party in 336 most of the night and it kept us all up most of the night. Need more sound proofing between the connecting rooms. Did complain but nothing ws done.
