Overall nice hotel to stay. Rooms clean and had all of the basic amenities. Nice to be close to local places. A bit pricy on Breakfasts for family of 4 bit there are other nice places to eat and shopping is close. We have stayed there before. Would recommend.

The hotel was not very clean the hallways and doors were banged up and dirty looking. The pool was okay there was never any towels and it was flooding in the pool room. Check in was slow and it took about 2 minutes for the attendant to even acknowledge me. Overall I do not think I will be back to this hotel.

The property has several pros-easy parking, it was clean, convenient to the area and had great amenities. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. There was no musty smell in the room and the bed was very comfortable. However, it is showing its age. The bathroom door had several big gouges and the iron I used was so old that the settings were unreadable. As it only has three floors I found it inconvenient that I couldn’t use the stairs to get to the main floor. The first floor landing only led outside. Also, the lighting in the bathroom is abysmal for applying makeup. It is very dim and there is no additional lighted mirrors available for women to use. Although this is overall a good place to stay in Tyler, I might try a different place next time.

Staff was odd. Not personable and when they were, it was awkward. Or maybe they thought themselves above others. Not sure but it was with 3 of them. When they asked why i was visiting on different occasions,it felt judgmental not like they cared.Like they were told they must ask the question.
