Check in was great. Everything was pretty good. Shower was a bit unusal. Not very hot hot water. Bed was a bit hard for my liking. Didnt sleep well. And the pillows are very small. Breakfast was good.

Was welcomed right away when I walked into the front entrance. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, expedient, and friendly while being checked-in and when I checked-out the next morning. The king bed was medium firm, comfotable, and clean. My bed had 5 pillows on it, which I love. The television had many channels to choose from. Noise in the hallway could be heard, but there was no noise after 10pm. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower that curved for privacy. Breakfast at 6:30am on a Saturday was quiet with plenty to choose from. That morning included scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage patties, and sausage gravy. Of course there were other items to choose from like cereal, waffle maker waffles, breads, bagels, yogurt, and muffins. Drinks were coffee in mild, medium, & dark roasts and decaf of all 3, as well. Hot water for tea bags, sweeteners and creamers, juices, and bottled water.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed at this particular Sleep Inn. It’s a wonderful hotel. I had only one issue, and that is when the desk clerk announced our room number at checkin as he handed us the key.

I reserved this hotel because it has a nice outdoor pool. This time the pool was under maintenance our entire stay which was 3 nights. If I would have know it wasn’t working, I would have chose a different hotel WITH a functioning pool. Expedia is trying to work with hotel management to get refund back to me, but I’m just getting the run around from the hotel. I’ll probably never be compensated. I don’t understand why hotels don't communicate on their website when they’re not able to have an amenity or service working. In addition to the pool not working, the Wi-Fi is terrible here and the breakfast is lacking variety.
