I had a bad experience and very disappoint, there is no hot water in my room #1101, I inform the manege he said they are working on it, two hours later , no hot water, when I renter at 5pm, the same, I went to the meager, the lady was very nice, (not the same employee from AM) and said well there will no hot water till MONDAY ?????? I said I can't stay without hot water, I chick out, she said they will give you credit in the morning This is truly very disappointing, you pack up and start looking for new hotel I will love to get respond please

While the property is tired and needs updating, it was clean and comfortable for me to rest my head for the night. Access to public transit is excellent. Also the area around is somewhat walkable for shopping and dining, though it is busy with traffic on the Leesburg Pike.

The hotel covers all the amenities you would need. However, I noticed they were mold in the bathroom ceiling. Complimentary breakfast was horrible not to mention the coffee. The hotel needs an upgrade all around. Staff were pleasant.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. I am not used to this motel-type layout where each floor is open to the outside, like a row-style apartment building. Although I was safe and nothing happened, I did not feel so secure.

First thing I noticed about my room was the smell: even though no smoking was permitted it still smelled like cigarettes. Later that night the dispenser assembly that held the shampoo and conditioner in the shower fell off and I had to have maintenance called in to fix it. The toilet didn't flush properly (had to hold the lever down to complete flushing and had to flush three times at one point). Heater didn't work properly and ran constantly and it never felt completely warm. The furniture was old. One drawer had its handle coming off and the light fixtures had rust spots on them. Finally there were no USB ports for me to charge my phone with. I told the staff all of this when I checked out. Hopefully they'll take it to heart. But by far this has been the worst hotel in my life that I've stayed in.
