Local residencial tranquilo. Limpeza. Mercado próximo. Fica a 400m da Praia do Lázaro e 800m da Domingo Dias. Você consegue fazer tudo a pé. Como Ubatuba é um lugar caro para fazer as refeições. A pousada por ter cozinha , ajuda bastante.
