This hotel has the friendliest & most helpful staff. Welcoming with big smiles & always saying hello no matter how many times they see you. They will just talk to you & are very interested in what you say. The breakfast is AMAZING so I do recommend including it when you book the room. Also the hotel is a 2 minute walk from Central Shopping Mall, it is also packed with everything you need.

Possibly the best hotel that Ubon Ratchathani has to offer. The staff are very attentive and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The gym is limited if you like resistance training as there's only really a dumbbell rack (no cable machines of any kind) and a single bench, but cardio is covered by a couple of treadmills and bikes. The onsite coffee shop is good, as is the breakfast with plenty on offer. I didn't eat anything other than breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment on dinner quality but it looked quite good from afar! Location is right next door to large shopping mall and convention centre,
