I have stayed here before - its good position and adequate facilities suit me well. There are a few steps to negotiate which doesn't suit my wife too well but they were able to move us to a room with fewer access steps, so that was fine.

Perfect location
Like another review I found hard to find it’s down a lane (opposite a flip flop store) once I got there I was very pleased lots of amazing statues stunning pool. My room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the fool and hills. The food was great and staff very friendly. Just a short walk to the action

Centrally located no frills hotel. Nice stay
Very centrally located in Ubud. Just off a little lane from one of the two main streets. The pool is nice. I’d stay here again.

Ubud
Great value for money in the heart of Ubud. Staff are friendly and helpful. You won't be paying Novatel prices so don't expect luxury. But the rooms are large, quiet and a great view of the forest. Especially found the running stream relaxing.

The hotel is in a great location, lovely grounds, nice room with a view, basic bathroom (not fancy). My kids loved the pool and the fish spa. We could hear the bar music until 11pm every night, that was the only downside.

Top location. Quiet due to being set back from road but right in the heart of Ubud. My room was basic but had everything I needed. Great air con. Lovely pool. Fabulous staff. Good breakfast.

We had a non-functioning toilet that we asked to have fixed for 3 days. We were promissed every time and given lengthy explanations what has happened to the handy man. Finally we were offered another room when I filled in the online form about our first impressions and mentioned the toilet. This hotel would only need a little TLC to be good. Instead it is partially cleaned, barely serviced. We had the feeling only the bare minimum is done and only when requested. Ie cleaning the dead, inch sized cockroach from under our bed.. We tried the spa. Well, it was money wasted.

Right next to monkey forest- so convenient location. Deluxe room was on top level, nice view. Breakfast was so so. Didn't know they had scooter rental until the last couple of days. Not very helpful staff when it came to asking about activities/prices. Facial at spa was average. Nice pool. Loud air conditioner on the house that disturbed peace
