Very nice and quiet hotel.
If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi
Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious.
Very good experience for me and my family.

Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay.
While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception).

Caesar is a great host. Warm & friendly. The property sits right on the lake. It’s a beautiful property, accommodations are basic. The road is very Rocky but only for a block or two.

Rooms were super cute. Swim area was rocky and not nice as other areas of the lagoon. Limited beach chairs. Breakfast very limited and requires creative efforts. We made honey and banana toast.
