Bad choice of hotel.
Worst choice of Hotel I made during my trip planning. Firstly the reception was extremely poor when we checked in as they were overwhelmed by a wedding group which was checking out. The 1st room allocated to us had so many amenities missing and upon requesting them to send the same it took them over 1.5 hours.
At night we had to request for a change of room as our neighbouring room had a very noisy family. Before, I forget no privacy as everyone can hear you from room to room as the walls are not sound proof.
The new room was a junior suite but lacked the ambiance and had no view at all. It is located behind a few walls which are facing the pool. Again no amenities and they even forgot to restock fresh towels the following day.
There was not enough hot water for 2 people or one has to wait a while for the water to heat - not sure what heating system they use. The shower drain were clogged so the bathroom was always flooded with water.
However, the breakfas choice was good and the spa was OK.
Upon check out we paid and left, the reception and cashier didn't have any greetings or farewell for us. We didn't we complain to them about our stay but they provided an extremely cold reception and didn't bother asking about our stay etc.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as its running down and they have not done much to keep up to Radisson Blu standard. The staff morals are too low hence, no good reception during arrival and departure etc.
