I was quite disappointed. There were many large cobwebs in the room, lots of dust on the dresser, and the drain for the shower was clogged. It was gross to have wading water around my ankles. It was disappointing that there’s a full area where breakfast is sold but unavailable to use otherwise. On a positive note, the breakfast was fabulous and most of the staff were nice.

Quiet location in Centrs district. Good transport links to city and beyond. Clean, roomy apartment with all your needs catered for. Such a comfortable stay.Communication with host could not have been better.

Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt. Der Geruch als deutliche Mischung von billigem Putzmittel und Menschlichem empfängt und begleitet den Gast. Alle Möbel, Wäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher sind geprägt von gewöhnlichen 2nd oder eher 3rd hand Geschmack und Qualität. Nein Danke !

Awful motel away from anywhere that is of any interest .Quite an old dated without any refurbishment for many years . The breakfast was a disgrace and I should definitely be reimbursed for such a shoddy experience . Hence waiting for a reply as will not use hotel.com in the future if no action is taken by your company .

A wonderful hotel, walkable from the main centre and attractions and extremely comfortable. The staff were excellent, particularly the reception desk, and breakfast was as good as I've had anywhere. I will be back

A wonderful experience beginning with a very helpful check in with Arthur. The room was beautiful and very well maintained. We made us of the Spa which, was first class. We also had a coffee on the 11th floor panoramic view area and this was also first class. Overall a wonderful experience and we would love to return again some day

Good breakfast. Nice terrace outside (smoking allowed out there and next to the bar)! Lovely helpful staff. Excellent location.
