The place was clean. The shower was the only problem. It was a handicapped room with no step or tub going into the shower and water ran all over the floor. We ate breakfast and did laundry. It was fine.

Not deserving of high rating

I went to the front desk to ask for an extra towel, 2were provided in the room. College age red headed male informed me of the POLICY OF 2 TOWELS PER ROOM. My traveling partner needs one to dry off and one to wrap around her hair, leaving me with a hand towel to dry off with. Also only shampoo and conditioner are provided in the shower, I asked for a bar of soap, that too was apparently not allowed. They proudly tout the high rating but fail basic hospitality. The shower enclosure fiberglass is cracked around the drain. I won’t stay here again…

We needed to just do an overnight. We had our 2 dogs with us. We stayed in the deluxe king room that had a couch. It was the perfect size. Honestly I would recommend this hotel for short stays only. The breakfast buffet is not that great. The eggs were dry and bland. The bacon is cut so thin one can see through it. I did like their selection of yogurt. Also across the parking lot there is a great Mexican restaurant. In general the location is great. Its not right next to the freeway. The biggest and most disappointing part of our stay was there was no hot water. It got warm but not hot. I have a medical condition and I need to have access to a hot water bath! Last night I needed a hot bath and the water only got lukewarm. So unfortunately I wont be able to stay there again. I picked Comfort Inn over the Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn because Comfort Inn has a bathtub not a shower. When traveling with pets for an overnight I like a 2 star hotel instead of paying 3 start hotel prices. So I am very disappointed I have to take this hotel out of my options. My recommendation: If one needs a room overnight and or has pets this is a great hotel. If one needs more then one night or needs to have hot water then I would not stay here.

Good place to stay in Ukiah.

We always stay here when we’re in Ukiah…it’s clean…reliable…quiet…There’s a Starbucks across the parking lot …The staff is friendly…there’s really nothing not to like.
