I was double booked a room, when I checked in to the hotel I was reassured that I would only be charged for one room. They charged me for both rooms and refused to refund the second room that was not stayed in. I would NEVER stay here again. Hampton Inn stole $178 from me and would not refund. I spent hours talking to different people.

Nice pool. Room was out of soap, but as soon as mentioned it to front staff, it was quickly remedied. Newer facility. Great breakfast and cookies for afternoon snack. Comfy mattress & enough water pressure in shower. Would book again.

The hotel was great! Every staff member i interacted with was delightful. If i had to complain about something, the pillows were pretty flat. But thats about it.

I have stayed at Hampton Inn's all over CA, OR and WA. This property is an older property so naturally there are area's in need of improvement. The carpet on the first floor is dirty and should be replaced. The mattress should be updated, but were comfortable. I really liked the layout the room with a sink and mirror also outside the bathroom door. We had a first floor patio room and it was great for my dogs. Overall I will be staying here again when in the area. It is the best pet friendly hotel in the area.
