Trashy lot and dishonest management

Honestly the room itself wasn’t bad but the customer service is a whole different story. Booking through hotels.com caused my rental to somehow double in price? Then when asking why I had two separate charges for the same amount of my one night stay in hey gave me the run around and forwarded my call to voicemail multiple times. I’m still waiting on my refund and was going to wait to review my stay until this was corrected but they refuse to communicate with myself and Hotels.com. So this hotel is ghetto and if you’re booking in thoughts of using that nice looking jacuzzi or pool then WARNING the one night we stayed I saw many “characters” in that jacuzzi and a girl in an entirely see thru white jumpsuit asked if we’d drink with her while her two friends were grabbing a bag of dope from the car that had just pulled in. People were sadly comfortable being high and belligerent all throughout the parking lot/pool area. We left as soon as waking up and slipped the free breakfast after what I saw last night.

I asked for a quiet room away from noise. They put people right next to us, even tho over half the place was empty. When the rooms next door have guests, you can hear them in our room over our tv. Then, you get to listen to car doors shut & start & leave & come back. Then, you get to hear the conversation the people are having on the way back to their room as they pass by ours.

Paid online, gave security deposit in cash. Left around 8:30 staff went to check the room before giving the deposit back. Came back and said there was damages to Two washcloths and they arent able to use it again and i explained to him we went to the pool and were dripping and used the towels and washcloths provided to dry the floor and the floor was nasty, to which he said “ Oh No the room are always cleaned” well apparently not. Washcloth was dirty from wiping up water and my sons bottom foot was black and dirty from walking around the room. He took $20 from the security deposit for Two washcloths
