Excellent service, staff is very knowledgeable for restaurants and things to do nearby. We send email to ask about tea experience and fruit picking experience and they reply with detailed information. Room is spotless and there is self-service laundry and free coffee and a little pantry where you can sort yourself breakfast with the shop next to the hotel where they sell local products every day. Highly recommend!

Modern, comfortable and quiet

The room was very quiet and like new with extremely comfortable beds. It was exactly what we needed for one night before our flight from Fukuoka, less than one hour away.

朝夕食は付いていないが、隣の道の駅や近隣のレストランで好きなものを選んで食べれるのがとても楽しかった。ホテルも素敵でまた利用したいと思う空間でした。

何と言ってもまず第一声で言いたいのは、フロントスタッフさんがとても丁寧でした。案内もきめ細かく、わかりやすかったです。こちらの困りごとも親身にサポートいただき解決。大変助かりました。お部屋も清掃が行き届いてて気持ちよかったです。強いていうならば、道の駅隣の施設なので、冷蔵庫がもう少し大きいと助かるな、と思いました。（夏場冷やしたいものが多いため）総じて、リピートしたい施設です。

全てが快適。ただこのホテルを快適に過ごすには情報収集と自分で楽しむスキルが必要かもしれません。ホテルスタッフの情報提供はレベルアップしてますし、食事場所への送迎もあったり期待以上。欲を言えばやっぱり大浴場が欲しい、もしくは徒歩圏に街の温泉が欲しい。筑後川温泉まで3キロはいざチェックインすると足が向かないので。

無駄がないのに足りないものもない。清潔、静かで、すぐ隣の道の駅は凄く人気らしくオープン前からお客さんが多かった。理由は行けばすぐにわかる！

주변에 관광 시설은 부족하고 교통도 불편한 편이다 음식점도 부족하고. 다만 주차가 편하고. 호텔 안에 편의시설은. 충분 할 정도로 좋고 객실 또한 청결하고 깔끔하다. 직원들의 대응 상태도 원활했으며 전반적으로 훌륭 했다. 하나 큰 단점은 중국인들이 로비에서 냄새나는 음식을 싸와서 지저분하게 많이 해 먹는다.

隣の道の駅で最高の朝ごはんをホテル内で。鳥飯、筍、山菜、きんぴら、フルーツなど。リニューアルに伴い簡易施設でしたがこれはこれで貴重な体験でした。
