Three night stay without cleaning the room. The room was too small. Our luggage was always in the way, so we stored it in the wardrobe. Unfriendly staff; never a hello or a good morning as we passed by.

We booked a twin room ( double & double sofa bed ) but got given a double . What is not clear in the description of the hotel that it consists of a main building and a side building . Our room was located in the side building (401-480) some 120 steps up from the pool area , there is no lift so if you have mobility issues you have a problem (we personally didn’t). It was advertised as adults only , this again wasn’t quite correctly described. There are 2 smallish areas that are adults only . 1 area of the garden and 1 pool ( once the life guard is off duty the kids are in). We didn’t let it spoil our stay but these things need to be correctly advertised. The good parts : the buffet was fabulous , you will be hard pressed to not find something that you like . Sports : plenty to choose from. Beach area , plenty of loungers and sea easy to get in/out off as gently sloped . Room was kept spotless

Beautiful location excellent hotel

What a fabulous stay! This hotel is beautiful, clean and attractive. Staff are all so welcoming and polite. Food is super delicious and there is a wide variety - for example: gluten free and vegan options too. The rooms are spacious and clean. Every location in the hotel is well maintained and staff are very well trained. I will return, as this hotel created lovely sentimental memories for us. I want to thank all the staff and management. If you are reading this review, please do not even if think - just book!

We stayed at this hotel for the second time and had another wonderful family holiday. During our stay, there was an unfortunate incident related to my child’s nut allergy. A food item was marked as not containing nuts, but there was a mistake. However, the hotel handled the situation very professionally. They took full responsibility, supported us immediately, and covered all medical costs related to the doctor and hospital checks. We really appreciated their care and the way they increased their focus on allergy management after the incident. Special thanks to Chefs Ahmed and Hussein, who kindly prepared safe cakes and desserts for my children. Their attention and kindness meant a lot to us. Overall, the hotel is very family-friendly, with a great pool, beautiful beach, and very tasty food. We are very satisfied, will definitely visit again, and have already recommended it to many friends.

Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and there were many to choose from. Food was lovely 10/10 will definitely be back next year

We were really looking forward to this vacation and, unfortunately, it ended up being one of the most disappointing resort experiences we’ve had. The biggest issue was the food. For a 5-star, all-inclusive resort in Turkey, the quality and variety were far below what we expected. Lunch was virtually the same every day, and after a few days I found myself eating the same meals for both lunch and dinner because there simply weren’t enough appealing options. The menu lacked variety and did not reflect what you would expect from a luxury all-inclusive resort. When we spoke with the manager about our concerns, we even asked if we could check out a couple of days early so we could move to another resort and salvage the rest of our vacation. Although we understood this would create extra work for us, we felt it was worth it. The manager refused our request and was dismissive of our concerns. He told us there were four lunch restaurants available, which was misleading. In reality, two of them were essentially snack bars serving very similar food, so there were not four genuinely different dining experiences. His solution was to suggest that we eat at the sister resort next door. However, we specifically paid a premium to stay at an adults-only resort. We shouldn’t have to leave the property and go to another resort just to find acceptable food. To make matters worse, the resort’s specialty restaurant required an additional charge, despite us staying at an all-inclusive resort.
