Got a taxi through the hotel to the airport. Cost twice what it cost to get there from the airport and the car that picked me up was an old car man and his young daughter was the taxi driver. Didn’t seem legit or professional but I got there safely.

Had an excellent day at Ibis Styles. The staff was fabulous. Friendly and always helpful. The room was spacious. Clean. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Lots of choices of fresh and healthy food. The food in the restaurant was good (and cheap) The local area is being developed but there is already a food court and expo centre next door. And a bank. It’s safe to walk in the area. It’s a long walk to the main square but only a $4 cab ride.

Hotel was very clean and spacious. Food in the restaurant was also great. It is located quite abit away from city center and there isn't much around it (with Ulaanbaatar traffic jam, u would want something closer if u want to explore the city). There is some sort of food court a block away but with limited options.

Unexpected Satisfaction
I really likes the service and the size of the suite was larger than expected. The bathroom is super nice, separate glass separation for tub, standing shower, and toilet and a his and hers sink. Great overall size with living room combination with large bathroom makes this a great stay. The restaurant food is fantastic, room service two nights in a row to make sure and everything we ordered was juicy and full of flavor.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Check in and out was very quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant has great food and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at Ibis Styles in Ulaanbaatar.

A much nicer hotel than the other one that I've stayed in. However, it is still not a "5-star" hotel due to little things like toilet paper being ultra-thin one-ply. That said, it is a nice clean hotel with modern decor and updated rooms. Waaay better than the 4-star hotels, which were the caliber of Motel 6.
