Signature Mongolian hospitality. On all my trips to UB, I’ve never thought of staying any place else. This hotel has everything I need…location, friendliness, comfort, and the staff even remembers my name. Unparalleled Mongolian hospitality

This is my third stay at the Kempinski! Beyond excellent service will keep me coming back. Comfortable, quiet, and friendly. Three little details stick out: 1) remembering my name (even the doorman!), 2) Having a to-go coffee and breakfast waiting at our 6:00am departure, and 3) three individuals helping me for 25 minutes with an eSIM glitch on my phone. Why would I ever stay anyplace else? Splendiferous

Really nice hotel.

Really nice hotel as you'd expect from a Kempinski. Quality room size and details. Quite small hotel for the brand and a bit further away for the main attractions. Excellent reception service for taxi ordering and explanations.

Room size was nice. Hotel Staff and Restaurant needs training. Definitely not 5-stars...closer to 3 stars with the quality of restaurant and Waiters/Waitresses often getting wrong orders. Very disappointing. Room cleaning staff was very good. This is at best 3 stars and thus the rates is correct...but do not say it's 5 stars with great rates.

Great location in UB, close enough to shopping, restaurants. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was quite good. Breakfast was excellent at the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and spacious although by today’s standards a bit dated. That did not concern us in the least … but bathroom are updated. We would recommend staying at the Kempinski.
