Beautifully Albanian owned location! Super fantastic view. Not sure what “walk up” people were speaking of. It’s super clean, well organized, and has anything you need. We got the room with the kitchen, living room, and two beds. Beds and pillows are sooo comfy! Walking distance to the small beach and short drive to the Long Beach.

Friendly hosts, nice appartment

Very nice stay and friendly hosts. We had this as a stopover on our way from Montenegro to Greece. Ulcinj was quite interesting, and unexpected. The hosts of the apartment were nice and friendly.

Almost Paradise

Perfect location with beautiful view of Adriatic Sea and city. Very nice and clean hotel. The only problem is that they advertised internet service, but it worked only about an hour a day. Advertised television and it never worked. Owner said he would fix it but it never happened.

Extremely great view

This place is just amazing, if you dont mind walking 10 minutes to the small beach. Its a slight uphill from the small beach but the upside is that you get amazing views from your bancony of the sea. The owners are very helpful and brought in an extra heater, since it was a bit colder than normal during my stay.

Good value, but hard to find

The location of the Adriatic apartments gown on google maps is wrong. Also the map from Hotela.com shows it in the wrong road. We stopped at a mini market and asked them to telephone the owners to come and get us. From the apartment it's a steep walk down hill to the beach (about 20 minutes). The balcony is large and has a sea view. Lots of construction going on nearby, but not noisy at nights. Useful kitchenette room with 2ring hob and sink, plus pots and cutlery.

not a hotel

The people at the hotel haven't figured out what it takes to run a hotel. It is not really a hotel, but rooms for rent. When I arrived, my room was not ready and there was nobody who could speak English. After I came back at night, my belongings have been taken out of the room, and I was told that I will have to sleep in another room, which turned out to be in an a different house. There was no curtain in the shower. At 9:30 in the morning, they knocked on my door and told me to leave by 10am.

Extremely friendly, great views

The staff at the Adriatic were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was extremely spacious and clean with a fantastic balcony giving great views of the sea. Although not located right on the beach, this is made up for by the fact that it is very peaceful and quiet and the wonderful views. We had a great stay.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und geräumig mit einem großen Balkon und einer tollen Aussicht. Allerdings könnte das Apartment eine Auffrischung gebrauchen und die Küche ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Gastgeber Naim ist toll, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
