Staff was nice. Room was large with a big bathroom. Very quiet. Best bed, pillows, bathroom and overall room on our Christmas Market travels thus far. The staff was also very helpful in ordering a cab to the train station and making sure we didn’t miss it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This hotel is in a great location if you want to see the old town sites. It is near plenty of restaurants and bakeries. Barfurber Haus is attached. That was our favorite restaurant while in Ulm. The hotel breakfast was low on some of the selection such as bacon an cressants. That was disappointing. The room was great. Good technology. Plenty of USB ports to keep everything charged. The TV accommodated our YouTube premium account so we had a great selection of things to watch. We stayed there 5 nights. We then moved to the RiKu in Neu Ulm for our second week in Ulm. The Neu Ulm location was not nearly as updated.

Great location in downtown Ulm, great for shopping and dining, everything is in walking distance. The heated bathroom floor is very nice! They offer a buffet breakfast. We only missed having a coffee machine in the room. The staff is very friendly, I have stayed there before and recommend the Ricu hotel for a stay in Ulm.

This hotel is 2 min to the Cathedral and 10 min to the train station. Very well located. The room is comfortable and large. My only quibble was the reception closure time - I booked through Expedia and both set my arrival time online and emailed them to say I was coming at 11am and hoping to drop off my luggage, and no one replied (when I arrived they gave me a little hassle because they were closed). But that’s not fatal. They should make this clearer on the website, and on communications, as I stay on Riku hotels often and I have never seen this before.

Comfortable and convenient

Comfortable hotel in the center of Ulm’s old town with excellent access to transportation, parking, and the sights of the old town. Great food and shopping within an easy walk.
