Umina Beach Vacation Packages

This is the fourth Novotel that I have stayed at. The ones in Bangkok and Munich were terrific. The one in Chiang Mai was like this one - average. The location was great here. The staff were pleasant. This is what I didn’t like: The hot water isn’t stable in my room and the shower needs constant adjustments to avoid being scalded. The washroom in the exercise room isn’t available to guests the door doesn’t open with the room card. They need a second coffee machine in the restaurant- there is always a lineup. The pepper shakers were empty twice for me in the restaurant so no one is checking them. A solid 3 but could be managed better.

Hotel is in a great location , the room was very small and hotel needs a definite renovation , but staff are helpful .

Great location across from beach.

Great hospitality.

Exceptionally clean. Great location. Would certainly stay again.

Très bien situé, beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pied. Le tram passe devant pour le reste. Bar et resto au premier. Un peu bruyant. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Le mobilier date un peu.

Check in was easy & helpful. The main lifts are pretty slow. The property is close to central station. The only downside was the shower water runs onto the bathroom floor. So it gets really wet.
